Toys for Tots Drop-Off Naperville: 6 Sites to Dec. 12
Looking for a Toys for Tots drop-off in Naperville? The Park District's Park Police are collecting new, unwrapped toys at six sites through Saturday, December 12 — here is every address and exactly where the box sits inside.
By Naperville Guide · Published October 28, 2026
The collection is already open — it started Monday, October 12 — and it feeds the 2026 DuPage County Toys for Tots program, hosted by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. The Park Police have run the Naperville collection for 16 years now. "The Naperville community has been incredibly generous over the past 16 years of this campaign," Park Police Chief Steve Schindlbeck said in the Park District's announcement. You do not need to wait for a special event or a toy drive weekend: any of the six sites below takes donations during its normal routine, right up through Saturday, December 12.
The 6 Toys for Tots drop-off sites in Naperville
Naperville Park District Administration Building — 320 Jackson Avenue
Drop toys in the collection box in the vestibule. The downtown option, a block from the Riverwalk.
Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center — 305 Jackson Avenue
Drop toys inside the first-floor entrance during hours of operation. Also downtown, practically next door to the Administration Building — either box works.
Central Maintenance Facility — 427 W. Martin Avenue
Drop toys in the collection box in the vestibule. The quietest of the six stops — no program crowds to navigate.
Fort Hill Activity Center — 20 Fort Hill Drive
Drop toys in the lobby on the first floor during hours of operation. Easy to pair with a workout or a kids' program run — and if you're weighing a membership there, our Fort Hill membership cost breakdown does the break-even math.
Knoch Knolls Nature Center — 320 Knoch Knolls Road
Drop toys during hours of operation. The south-side nature center stop — combine it with a trail walk at Knoch Knolls Park.
Springbrook Golf Course Golf Shop — 2220 W. 83rd Street
Drop toys during hours of operation. The far-south option for the 83rd Street corridor neighborhoods.
What Toys for Tots accepts — and what it turns away
The rules are strict, and they come straight from the Park District's announcement:
- New toys only — nothing used, however gently.
- Unwrapped — leave the gift wrap off so toys can be sorted and matched to a child.
- Do not donate stuffed animals — they are not accepted.
- Do not donate food or clothing — this drive is toys only.
- Do not donate toy weapons — they are not accepted.
One change from last year worth knowing: the WONC radio station drop box at North Central College that appeared on the 2025 list is not among the six 2026 sites. If an old bookmark or a coworker's memory sends you to Oliver Hall, use one of the six sites above instead.
No toy? The money route
If you'd rather give cash, the Park District points donors to the DuPage campaign's donation page at tinyurl.com/DuPageToysTots26. Because this is the DuPage County campaign, toys collected in Naperville go to children in need in our own county area — the Park Police deliver to the county campaign, which handles distribution to families.
How to time your drop-off
Two of the six sites — the Administration Building and the Central Maintenance Facility — use vestibule collection boxes, which makes them the simplest stops. The other four take toys during their hours of operation, so check the building's hours before you make a special trip, especially on weekends. And don't leave it to the final weekend out of habit: the December 12 deadline lands on a Saturday, and a box dropped in November does the same good with none of the last-minute scramble.
