About the Naperville IL Local Guide
An independent, resident-run guide to Naperville, Illinois — the restaurants, events, parks, and home services locals actually use.
What this site is
Naperville IL Local Guide (napervilleguide.com) is an independent local guide covering Naperville and nearby western suburbs — Aurora, Bolingbrook, Lisle, and Downers Grove. It publishes practical, original guides: where to eat, what's happening this season, and how to find reliable local home services.
It is not affiliated with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, or any business listed. Where official sources matter — park programs, village services — the guides point you to them.
Who runs it
The site is run by Suraj Singh, a Chicago suburbs resident. Guides are researched from public sources and reviewed for accuracy before publishing.
How the guides are made
- No sponsored placements. Businesses can't pay for a listing or a better write-up.
- Verified, not scraped. Names, locations, and details are checked against public sources. Anything time-sensitive carries a "confirm before visiting" note because hours, menus, and event dates change.
- Corrections welcome. Spotted something out of date? Use the contact page — corrections are fixed promptly.
